Jonathan Tribe
Managing Director
Delaware North Companies (Australia)

In the role of Managing Director (Australia), I direct and oversee the development and execution of Delaware North Companies Australia annual corporate plan. I work with the senior management team, and am responsible for analysing and assessing business development and financial investment strategies for growth, and directing the allocation of resources required to achieve that growth.

I joined Delaware North in 1997 as National Director of Operations and have been Managing Director since 2004. I hold a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Business Administration.

Peter Noske

I am responsible for the financial systems and controls established for the Australian and New Zealand operations, including the systems put in place at each of our contract sites. This responsibility includes the IT and Purchasing/Supply Chain divisions.

I have more than 20 years experience as a Chartered Accountant, and have held roles with ASX listed companies. Before joining Delaware North Companies Australia in 2005, I held the position of Chief Financial Officer with Virtual Communities Ltd.

Sonya Oakley

I am responsible for the management of cultural development, career planning and development, recruitment and training within the Australian and New Zealand corporate and contract site environments.

I have previously held positions with BHP and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and spent nine years with the Coles Group in a range of Human Resource Management positions.

Richard Ayson

I am responsible for creating, maintaining and growing the business relationships between Delaware North Companies Australia and our existing and future contract partners. I search for new opportunities that allow us to create long term partnerships and grow our reputation as a global leader in hospitality and food services.

I also work with our existing partners on annual business planning and reporting processes that guide us in delivering on our promise of tailored and responsive service outcomes. This drives actions that assist us to retain existing and grow new business streams across retail, functions and special events.

I have worked in business development in Australia, the USA and the UK in a broad range of hospitality fields, including at the Athaneum Hotel in London and the Hollywood Museum.

Gary Brown
Executive Director Operations - Retail

I am responsible for the direction, review and monitoring of the hospitality and food services provided at each of our retail contract sites against individual annual plans and industry best practice. I ensure there is a strong focus on creative retail concepts and solutions while delivering leading hospitality services.

I joined Delaware North in January 2008 having held the role of Sales and Operations Director for The Nuance Group, an international company that is Australia's leading airport retailer, and have had responsibility for managing contracts and major retail developments at Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Cairns Airports. I have a background in retailing both at airports and High Street operations, including experience in mobilisations.

Duncan Mackellar
Manager Compliance

I am responsible for overseeing and providing Company wide advice on all legislative, regulatory and compliance standards. In my role I oversee Risk Management, Food Safety systems, Occupational Health and Safety procedures, International Standards Organization audits and certification, and all legal issues affecting the Company.

I have been with Delaware North since January 2006, joining the company from Standards Australia (SAI – Global) where I was a senior auditor. I have worked in the quality and standards field for 15 years and hold a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws. I was admitted to practice in February 2007.
