Simon Dobson
Managing Director
Delaware North Companies (UK)
I am responsible for directing and overseeing the operations of Delaware North Companies UK, including our work at the new Wembley Stadium and at Emirates Stadium. Delaware North has recently started to re-establish a presence in the UK market, and I am identifying new opportunities to create an even stronger presence in this region.
I joined Delaware North in June 2004 after a career in the hospitality field spanning 20 years. I am affiliated to a number of leading industry bodies and is a guardian member of Hospitality Action, the UK's leading industry charity.
Neil Baker
Director Finance

I am responsible for the corporate finances, including all controls and statutory reporting requirements. I am responsible for setting up and maintaining the financial systems used at Wembley Stadium and Emirates Stadium.
I have more than 20 years experience and am a chartered accountant.
Katie Minchin
Director, Human Resources
Delaware North Companies (UK)
I am responsible for developing and implementing the Human Resources strategy for Delaware North. This includes developing and facilitating HR policy and procedure, and ensuring compliance with Employment Law, company policy and best practice. I am also responsible for the ensuring that training and development opportunities are available to the team and for monitoring, measuring and managing performance efficiency.
I have 18 years experience in the hospitality and catering industry, many of which are directly involved in HR practice and as a CIPD qualified practitioner.
Adrian Downhill
Director, Business Development

I am responsible for creating, maintaining and improving the business relationships between Delaware North and our clients. As we seek out new opportunities, I will be responsible for ensuring that each of our clients is getting what we promised them, including excellent service and responsiveness to their needs.
I have 20 years experience in hospitality and catering, including extensive experience as a business consultant and in management of hospitality and catering operations, providing me with an excellent understanding of the needs of our business partners.
Andrew Taylor
General Manager, Wembley Stadium

I oversee the hospitality and catering operations at Wembley Stadium, with the aim of ensuring that everyone who goes there has an outstanding experience to remember. Wembley Stadium is an internationally renowned venue and should have internationally renowned hospitality and food.
I am responsible for the services provided in all of the banquet rooms, corporate boxes, conference facilities and public outlets. I am a member of the Cookery and Food Association and an Associate of the Craft Guild of chefs.
Tony Keohane
General Manager, Emirates Stadium

I am responsible for day to day financial and operational delivery of hospitality and catering at Emirates Stadium. I was the key liaison between the catering design team, the client and the contractors during the construction stage of the Emirates Stadium project.
I have 15 years of hospitality experience within catering industry, specialising in stadia catering including work on Millennium Stadium and Majeski Stadium, and stadia in Tottenham, Liverpool and Manchester.
Mark Worthington 
Purchasing and Health & Safety Manager

I am responsible for implementing and developing the UK purchasing strategy as well as managing compliance with purchasing systems and procedures. I also have responsibility for Health and Safety within the UK, aiming to maintain and improve the positive safety culture across the business.
I have over 20 years experience in the catering industry, starting my career in hotels before spending 13 years within the airline catering and service delivery sector. I joined Delaware North in January 2005 as part of the Wembley Stadium mobilisation team and moved to my current role in January 2008.
