Our customer analytics and insights teams provide data-informed storytelling about our customers across Delaware North. Areas of expertise include qualitative and quantitative analysis, customer journey mapping, strategy and KPI development, and industry insights to offer a holistic approach to Customer Experience strategy and execution. By partnering with our marketing, sales, customer service and operations teams, we turn rich customer data into actionable insights across our divisions and operating locations.
