Our commitment to training includes a diverse range of courses, from ensuring role compliance to fostering personal development and career advancement. We offer apprenticeship programmes (from Level 3 up to MBA), professional qualifications including CIPD, CIPS, IT, and Finance, and the ability to collaborate with our US arm on leadership development programmes. If you can’t find the course you’re looking for, we’ll go out and source it for you.

Our North Stars
Every year we host the North Stars Conference & Awards, a celebration of the talent, dedication and innovation that drives our business forward. The event brought together teams from across our UK venues, highlighting achievements and sharing insights to continue shaping the future of hospitality.
The evening concluded with the presentation of 14 awards, recognising outstanding contributions across our portfolio. Winners included James Smith (Rising Star Chef of the Year), Ellie Gray (Excellence in Leadership), and the chef team at Emirates Stadium (Excellence in Culinary Innovation). Other awards celebrated guest experience, employee engagement, compliance and leadership, demonstrating the breadth of expertise and passion across our teams.
