OUR PEOPLE
OUR COMMUNITIES
OUR PLANET

Our Communities

We have a long-standing tradition of integrity and community service. Being a responsible corporate citizen involves much more than financial contributions. Our team members actively engage in various volunteering and fundraising activities, with each location identifying its own ways to support the local community.

We’re proud to partner with some incredible charities within our industry, including The Burnt Chef Project.

Our Planet

Our environmental management program – GreenPath® – guides us as environmental stewards as we contribute to building a healthy planet for future generations. To minimise the impact of our operations, we establish goals and implement improvements focused on sourcing responsibly, reducing waste, conserving water and reducing energy consumption.

CSR

Sustainability

Sustainability is at the heart of what we do at Delaware North because it’s not just about serving great food today—it’s about ensuring we can do so for generations to come. From sourcing local, ethically produced ingredients to minimising waste across our operations, we are committed to practices that protect our environment and strengthen the communities we serve. Our procurement strategy focuses on sustainability because it’s the responsible path forward, and we know it’s what our guests, partners, and planet need.

Sourcing local

Calling all farmers! Our culinary team are in agreement that British is best. We always seek out the best independent farmers, distilleries and suppliers so we can be sure we’re sourcing high quality ingredients and products while supporting the local economy. All our suppliers are British based, which feeds guests through all hospitality tiers into concessions, and our guests for non-matchday meetings and events.

Prioritising Health & Wellbeing

Much of our food offer is now plant-based or vegetarian, without sacrificing quality or taste, to ensure our customers, team members, and clients have access to healthier, more sustainable meals. To further empower informed choices, we are introducing carbon labelling on our menus, helping guests understand the environmental impact of what they eat.

Minimising Waste

Since 2022, we’ve taken leaps in reducing waste in our supply chain and the guest experience. Single-use plastics are a thing of the past and compostable packaging is being implemented across our portfolio.

These are only the tip of the iceberg in regards to our strategy for reducing our carbon footprint and supporting trailblazing innovators who are changing what sustainability means every day.
